25 January 2021: The Malaysian Institute of Integrity (IIM) in collaboration with Yayasan Pahang is organising an Award for integrity, governance and anti-corruption for public and private sectors in the state of Pahang.
The Award for Integrity, Governance and Anti-corruption (AIGA2020) will acknowledge and honour organisations for their efforts in practicing integrity culture, anti-corruption initiatives and their commitment towards ensuring good governance.
This award is an excellent platform for organisations to measure, evaluate and benchmark themselves based on their efforts in anti-corruption initiatives, practice of integrity, management systems and also enhancement in good governance.
Presently IIM is in the midst of conducting the assessment process for 41 organisations in the state of Pahang, that applied to participate in the award.
IIM carried out the first stage assessment on documentations late last year and currently conducting the second stage which focuses on remote site assessment. The remote assessment for all the participating organisations will be completed on 5 February 2021. Following completion of Stage 2 assessment, a final assessment and selection meeting will be held to determine the outstanding organisations.
A total of 13 lead assessors comprising of industry experts are collaborating with IIM in assisting in the assessment process and selection.
Tentatively an award ceremony will be held in early March 2021 to honour the winners in various categories.
