{:my}{:my}Breakfast Talk pada kali ini merupakan anjuran bersama Agensi Kelayakan Malaysia (MQA) dengan INTEGRITI. Topik yang telah dibincangkan adalah “Jaminan Kualiti & Program Pendidikan di IPT: Isu dan Cabaran Perspektif Integriti”. Pembicara Utama adalah Encik Muhammad Muammar Gadaffi bin Omar, Pengarah Bahagian Dasar & Perancangan Strategik, MQA. Para pembincang pula YBhg. Datuk Seri Zakaria Jaffar, Pengerusi Yayasan Anti-Rasuah Malaysia (YARM) & Ustaz Mohd Zaidi bin Ramli, Ketua Penolong Pengarah Kanan (Dakwah Khas) Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia (JAKIM). Objektif program ini adalah untuk berkongsi http://www.betteroutfitideas.com pengetahuan dan maklumat terkini berkenaan jaminan dalam kualiti pengajian dan program di institut pengajian tinggi di Malaysia. Para peserta yang hadir terdiri daripada pelbagai pihak berkepentingan (stakeholder) termasuk pegawai Kerajaan Persekutuan, Ahli Akademik dan Sektor Swasta.

{:}{:en}The Breakfast Talk was organised by Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) in collaboration with INTEGRITI. The session themed “Quality Assurance & University Education Programme: Issues and Challenges through the Perspective of Integrity’ saw Encik Muhammad Muammar Gadaffi bin Omar, Director of Policy and Strategic Planning from MQA  as the main speaker. Other speakers include, Datuk Zakaria Jaffar, Chairman of the Foundation of the Anti-Corruption Commission (YARM) and Ustaz Mohd Zaidi bin Ramli, Senior Assistant Director (Special Mission) Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM).

The objective of this programme was to share the knowledge and latest information on quality assurance in education programs at institutions of higher learning in Malaysia. The participants consisted of various stakeholders including officials of the Federal Government, academicians and representatives from the private sector.
